Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP has an illustrious history in restructurings and bankruptcies on both sides of the Atlantic. It is particularly known for creditor and investor representations in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. It frequently represents UK and European funds and creditors on chapter 11 cases and other aspects of US bankruptcy law. It is also widely rated for its expertise in bankruptcy issues relating to structured finance products and the structuring of transactions for bankruptcy risk.
