It represented Exactech, a portfolio company of longstanding client TPG Capital, in connection with its Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Along with its reputation as a private equity heavyweight, the firm is also noted for creditor engagements, including for ad hoc creditor groups and lenders. New York and Chicago-based Ryan Preston Dahl chairs the business restructuring group and is widely credited with the expansion of the practice, particularly through the firm’s private equity clients.
