Frank Nocco heads the team from New York, and acts for issuers, underwriters, investors, and collateral managers for a variety of conventional and esoteric transactions, including whole business securitizations in the oil and gas and diamond sectors. Jason Smith is a port of call for financial companies, credit enhancers, issuers and investors in various securitization transactions involving commercial, student, equipment and solar loans, alongisde diamonds, subscriptions and other esoteric assets. Shawn Kodes and Daniel Nicholas departed the team in 2024.
