Morrison Foerster continues to handle high-stakes bid protests before the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office for leading tech companies, startups, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers, as well as advising on false claims act (FCA) and other investigations, cybersecurity matters, M&A transactions and contract litigation. The team is based in Washington DC and led jointly by Tina Reynolds and Alex Ward, the former handling cybersecurity, FCA investigations and general contract compliance matters while the latter is highly experienced in bid protests, contract litigation and external disputes.
