The ‘powerhouse’ group at Greenberg Traurig LLP is co-headed by New Jersey-based patent prosecution specialist Barry Schindler, who has experience acting before the USPTO; Boston-based Melissa Hunter-Ensor, who provides IP-related assistance to a wide range of companies, from startups to global institutions; and Denver-based Heath Briggs, who represents companies, particularly in the tech sector, in IPR proceedings. Alongside Hunter-Ensor in Boston are Roman Fayerberg, who clients describe as ’a patent guru’, and the ‘superb’ David Dykeman. Medtech and tech specialist Christopher Bolten joined the team in San Diego in May 2024.
