- Represent the Ad Hoc Utilities Group (“AHUG”) (consisting of U.S. utility companies, including Constellation Energy (formerly known as Exelon), Dominion, Entergy, Duke Energy, PG&E, Ameren, and Xcel) in connection with shipments of uranium to the United States under the Russian Suspension Agreement (administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce), legislation.
- Advise Bank of Cyprus and Association of Cypriot Banks on U.S. sanctions, export control and AML compliance matters, and interplay with the rules of the other jurisdictions.
