New-York based Jedd Wider and Stephen Tirrell in Boston head up the firm’s private funds practice. The addition of Leonora Shalet from McDermott Will & Schulte in June 2024 strengthened the group’s breadth due to her work across both traditional private equity and alternatives, as well as her knowledge of regulatory changes in an evolving funds market. Jarrod Huffman splits his time between the firm’s Orange County office and Silicon Valley offices.
