Akin has notable experience representing hedge funds, private equity firms and clients in the financial services space in disputes involving terminations, severance, non-competition agreements, discrimination and misappropriation of trade secrets. Robert Lian heads the practice from the Washington DC practice and has significant experience in class and collective action claims. Jessica Taud Rosenberg joined the practice in July 2024 from Kasowitz LLP and brings knowledge of FLSA suits and PAGA claims.
