Cozen O'Connor‘s ’engaging’ attorneys have a successful track record of advising on major infrastructure projects and arguing their clients’ cases in state, federal, and international courts. The practice is co-chaired by Bruce Ficken, a seasoned construction trial lawyer, and Raymond DeLuca, who advises clients in all stages of transportation and infrastructure projects. Both are based in the Philadelphia office, alongside Jeffery Mullen and James Kwartnik, who represent owners, managers, and contractors in railway and processing plant projects and associated litigation. In Washington DC, Stephen Seeger, Lawrence Prosen, and Jesse Keene focus on construction and government contracts. Miami’s Ralf Rodriguez is experienced in dispute resolution concerning design defects, insurance, and surety bond claims. Boston’s Wendy Venoit is similarly experienced; she recently filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit on behalf of Hitachi Rail, seeking costs and damages arising from a design-build contract.

‘Cozen attorneys have always taken the extra time to understand the technical issues, which has resulted in a better outcome in trial preparation, and saves time and money in the long run.’
