- Advising a consortium of Central Japan Railway Company, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Hitachi, Toshiba and NEC ("Team Japan") on the Texas Central High Speed Rail Project. Their goal is to design and build a railway line and fast-train system ("Shinkansen") between Dallas and Houston. The estimated project cost is US$16.5 billion.
- Serving as project counsel to the Gateway Program Development Corporation, a bi-state partnership of New York, New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, Amtrak and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, on its multi-billion dollar investment program to replace and update rail infrastructure assets along the Northeast Corridor, and increase track, tunnel, bridge and station capacity.
- Represented Accelerate Maryland Partners (AMP), a consortium of Macquarie Capital & Transurban, on the execution of the Phase P3 pre-development agreement for the Maryland Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) I-495/270 P3 project.
