  • Acting as counsel on the 14.5-mile extension of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota’s Green Line light rail line. The multi-billion-dollar, multi-year complex infrastructure project is located in an urban environment, is highly politically charged, will create 16 new stations, and will be part of an integrated system of transitways serving downtown Minneapolis and four adjacent communities.
  • Advising InvestMates Real Estate on the client’s construction project at 19-37 Clay Street, Brooklyn, NY, which will be 100,000 square feet of mixed-use development (commercial, residential, and community facility). The project involves renovating an existing warehouse, demolishing another warehouse, and constructing a fifteen-story building.
  • Serving as outside construction counsel to Sterling Bay which develops residential, office, life science, industrial, and mixed-use projects, including a 50-acre mega-development known as Lincoln Yards on the North Side of Chicago. This will include residential, office, retail, and entertainment properties at an estimated cost of $5-to-$6 billion. The project could receive up to $1.3 billion in TIF (tax increment financing) funds.
