- Serving as project construction counsel, including drafting and negotiation of the project architect agreement and construction contract, and advising on structuring insurance and the risk management program for the Stadium of the Future.
- Acting as the lead construction counsel for The Cleveland Guardians Baseball Club’s $200 million Ballpark Improvement and Renovation project. Our services include negotiating and drafting all design, construction and project labor agreements and developing the overall risk management program.
