Highlight-Mandate

  • Representing Mark Development in a ten-building, 1.5 million square feet mixed-use project with 550 units of multi-family housing, extensive office and lab space, and significant retail. This is a redevelopment of a 13-acre parking lot, owned and operated by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA).
  • Representing Hilco Redevelopment Partners in their redevelopment efforts throughout New England. We are currently advising Hilco on a two-property portfolio, known as the CenterPoint complex, in Waltham, MA. The property, originally a contaminated site, was remediated and repurposed into a life sciences center.
  • Helping Mark Development obtain approvals for a redevelopment of a prominent intersection located right next to Boston’s infamous Fenway Park.
