- Representing Terra Group in the redevelopment of the former site of the historic Deauville Hotel. This 3.82-acre oceanfront property is one of the most historically significant in the City of Miami Beach.
- Representing D.R. Horton, Inc. in securing approvals for Sandero Landing, a transformative 97-acre live-work-play community in Homestead.
