  • Serving as Primark’s principal US real estate counsel, with responsibility for negotiating all of the global retail brand’s new store leases in the US, advising on all existing store leases, and advising on US office and logistics real estate needs.
  • Advised London-based private equity firm Queensgate Investments (Queensgate) on a nearly $800m global refinancing of Generator Hostels (Generator), a lifestyle hospitality platform that owns, operates, and develops assets across Europe and North America.
  • Representing publicly traded furniture and home goods retailer Wayfair in its pivot from pure-play e-commerce to physical retail stores across the US.
