Baltimore-based Nancy O’Neil  concentrates her practice on tax planning, working extensively for global clients in the hospitality, investment fund, and financial services industries focused on the US, Europe, and the Middle East. In Washington DC, Caitlin Piper concentrates her practice on the tax consequences of M&A and reorganizations, including where a real estate investment trust is a party. Elizabeth Adams advises on inbound and outbound tax-planning considerations. Christine Lane left the firm in April 2023. In November 2023, Jeffrey Uffner and Steven Schneider both joined from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP whilst Jennifer Morgan departed the firm.
