- Represented Rabobank, which granted a loan through a facility agreement to Malteria Oriental, on a negotiated solution to allow the repayment of the loans.
- Advised San Miguel Group and Rabobank through a Chinese Wall, accepted by both parties, on an agreement whereby Rabobank would lend up to $27m in the terms and conditions of a medium-term finance facility agreement.
