The team is led by managing partner Alejandro Silva Ortiz , whose recent experience includes advising local and international companies in the retail, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries, and Homero Moreno, who specialises in international corporate structures, antitrust and compliance law, particularly for oil and gas and e-commerce companies. Rafael Álvarez Loscher left the team in December 2024 to set up his own firm and Carlos Altimari departed in January 2025 for an in-house role.
