D'Empaire

The team at D'Empaire covers a wide range of labour law matters, from labour audits, collective bargaining negotiations and complex, high-stakes litigation through to compensation, collective redundancy processes and labour issues relating to business transactions. The team is co-headed by Alejandro Disilvestro and Victorino Márquez; Disilvestro has in-depth knowledge of collective contract negotiations, conflict management with labour unions, sensitive terminations and litigation, while Márquez’s recent workload includes handling labour disputes, and advising on the hiring, compensation and dismissal of high-level executives. Biba Arciniegas, who focuses on labour matters in connection with corporate transactions, workforce reductions, and severance and equity incentive agreements, and counsel Aixa Añez are also key team members.
