SLV Consultores provides tax advisory services to local and transnational companies, alongside high-net-worth family groups. The team has particular expertise in the incorporation of entities abroad for tax planning purposes, particularly in the US, Canada, Spain and the UK, and the design of tax strategies to maximise tax savings regarding foreign investments, financing operations, royalties for licensing intellectual property rights, and other issues, in accordance with international treaties to avoid double taxation. The team is co-led by Alejandro Silva Ortiz, who is well known for his in-house and private practice experience in tax law, and of counsel Burt Hevia, who is based in Mexico City.
