VILAF has an excellent dispute resolution department, is particularly well versed handling labour and employment cases before the Vietnamese courts and in arbitration. The group is led by Tung Ngo in Ho Chi Minh City, a seasoned litigator and arbitrator who advises a broad range of companies across practice areas, and Linh Nguyen in Hanoi who has extensive experience with labour and employment, and is additionally a skillful corporate restructuring.
