The general team also advises on health and safety issues arising from the food, environment, healthcare, and road traffic spaces, and works with numerous public sector clients, often representing local authorities in respect of fatal and non-fatal accidents. Rachel Lyne acts out of the Birmingham office, with significant experience advising clients on corporate manslaughter, fire safety, and food hygiene matters.
