HCR Law‘ employment and immigration team represents a wide-ranging client base, operating across numerous  sectors including the education, charities, technology, and healthcare spaces, as well as assisting private individuals. The team has a particular strength in handling the recruitment of non-UK nationals, often working with those who require sponsorship. Other work handled by the firm involves compliance issues and dealing with the Home Office and related sponsorship duties. The team is led by Lynne Adams and Michael Stokes, who bring a wealth of employment and immigration experience to the practice.
