The firm also maintains a specialist social housing finance practice. Chris Brierley, who heads the Birmingham practice, is well-versed in on- and off-balance sheet lending and project financing. Navin Prabhakar is a key member of the practice, advising on major acquisition finance deals. Angela Rawlins is noted for her work on social housing finance. In addition to Naina Patel joining in November 2023, the firm has further expanded its practice at the junior level. Stephan Smoktunowicz left the firm in June 2023.
