The team is well regarded for its expertise in handling complex restructurings, acting for insolvency practitioners, directors, and lenders, alongside assisting with insolvency disputes, other litigation, and reorganisations. The team is led by Sam Payne, with a particular focus on advisory and transactional assignments, and bolstered by the experience of Alan Meiklejohn, who advises a range of office holders and fixed-charge receivers in insolvency practices.
