Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP‘s restructuring team advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious, corporate and real estate insolvency matters, as well as on complex club and syndicated financial restructurings. The team regularly handles solvent and insolvent debt restructurings across several sectors, including the retail, leisure, energy, and real estate spaces. Furthermore, the practice demonstrates unique technical experience in super-senior and unitranche restructurings, alongside experience with a wide range of debt management restructuring tools. Andrew Jordan acts out of the Birmingham office, also leading the national restructuring group, and handles complex restructuring mandates for a range of clients. Jenna Poulton leads the Birmingham team and is highly regarded for her experience with financial restructuring mandates, particularly those with multi-faceted lending structures.
