The Wilkes Partnership

Kevin Lynch leads the contentious probate team at The Wilkes Partnership, which operates at a local and national level. The team is particularly adept at advising private individuals on a range of matters, such as probate, Inheritance Act, Breach of Trust and removal claims. Working alongside Lynch, Jack Ackrill is a full member of ACTAPS, and a key member of the team.
