  • Advise National Highways (formerly Highways England) on its latest largest and most controversial complex infrastructure project: the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine project (A66 NTP), a critical east-west corridor for freight and business traffic and for tourism in the North of England.
  • Advise Coventry City Council on its high-profile mixed-use redevelopment of Coventry city centre, including new commercial uses together with c. 1,500 homes. We are advising the Council on all property, planning and compulsory purchase matters in respect of the 15-acre city centre site.
