The team is spearheaded by Chris Baranowski, who is skilled in advising individuals and organisations across a range of sectors, primarily in relation to corporate manslaughter and health and safety investigations brought by the police and the Health and Safety Executive, particularly regarding fatalities and construction side incidents.
