Addleshaw Goddard handles the full spectrum of IP issues, ranging from patent advice, trade mark designs and filing issues to IP litigation; the group also advises on IP matters arising from transactions. Clients primarily stem from the retail, consumer, transport and technology sectors. The growing team was strengthened in 2023 with the additions of commercial contracts and IP associate Jamie Simpson from 3volution and registered designs legal director Jemma Green from Clarion. Georgina Powling leads the team and is well versed in patent, trade mark and software licensing work as well as IP-related corporate and finance transactions.
