The disputes practice at DLA Piper has expertise in tech disputes as well as group litigation and investigations. The team is also well-versed in energy disputes, with co-team head Sohail Ali particularly skilled in this area. David Young is active in the group litigation space, particularly related to life sciences claims. Also leading the practice is Chris Harvey, who has extensive banking expertise. The team has also continued to grow, with the arrival of Christopher Gilbert from Addleshaw Goddard in February 2024. Adam Ibrahim and Claire Clayton-Stead are noted. Simon Kenyon departed in April 2025.
