Wilkin Chapman Rollits’ employment team, now one of the largest in the region, has continued to develop following the integration of the two well-regarded practices. Oliver Tasker, head of the team, advises on a broad range of employment matters, with particular experience in the food sector, while Ed Heppel remains a key figure, handling TUPE and complex restructuring work. Teresa Thomas and Caroline Neadley both have extensive experience in contentious and strategic matters, including discrimination claims and senior-level exits.
