Addleshaw Goddard‘s team works with the support of the firm’s national offering, supporting prestige charity clients across the full range of matters, including real estate, litigation, and employment issues. The group covers investigations and inquiries in the charity sector, and additionally provides support to banking clients working with charities. Co-leading the team are Pervinder Kaur and Yorke Eaton. Kaur has over 30 years’ experience in the sector, and is active for both individuals and institutions. Eaton, who works between Leeds and Manchester, covers a range of matters including restructurings, land transactions, and commercial contracts. Laura Woffinden is also a key name within the team.
