Jones Myers fields a ‘fantastic team’ with a significant history within the practice area. The group is active locally, nationally, and internationally, representing clients on the full gamut of family law matters. Richard Peaker, who is based in Leeds, co-heads the department alongside the York-based Nicki Mitchell and Kate Banerjee, whose focus is between Leeds and Harrogate. Peaker leads the financial remedies department, while Banerjee spearheads the firm’s children department. Other core team members include matrimonial finance expert Elizabeth Bell, and Anthony Parrish, a key expert on child abduction matters.
