CMS specialises in high-value disputes within the infrastructure, healthcare, and leisure sectors, while the non-contentious team handles large-scale project portfolios and provides contract advice for high-value projects. The team is jointly led by Fraser Askham and Helen Johnson from the Sheffield-based office. Askham handles complex and high value disputes in the infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors; while Johnson acts for large owners, landlords, investors, operators and developers in major regeneration projects, with focus on the leisure sector. They are supported by Jenny Whipps, who is a name to note in relation to large scale litigation and arbitration disputes.
