With a strong focus on patent litigation, the team handles a large volume of patent infringement and nullity actions as well as oppositions. Johannes Lang handles complex international patent litigation cases in Germany and around Europe, while Christof Karl focuses on litigation and prosecution of patents for computer hard- and software.
