Senior Associate

Dr. Peter Stainer is a senior associate in the firm's Frankfurt office and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. He advises clients in all areas of corporate law with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate disputes, restructuring and special situations in general. As part of the firm's global Energy & Infrastructure Projects team, Peter further advises international clients in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on low carbon energy production, procurement and infrastructure.
