Werner hat die globale Wirtschaftskanzlei Hogan Lovells die führende unabhängige Hospitality-Plattform PRIMESTAR Group bei einem langfristigen Mietvertrag für ein Hilton-Hotel im Hamburger Elbtower beraten. Geplant wird das zukünftige High-End-Hotel mit 195 Zimmern und Suiten; eröffnet werden soll es bis spätestens 2029. Für die PRIMESTAR Group markiert das neue Hotel im Hamburger Elbtower den Eintritt in die Fünf-Sterne-Luxusklasse. Das Unternehmen betreibt derzeit insgesamt 19 Hotels mit sieben Marken an zwölf Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Italien. Equity partner Sebastian Glaab, who is based in Frankfurt, is responsible for establishing and expanding Annerton’s compliance practice. Januar 2026 – Die globale Wirtschaftskanzlei Hogan Lovells hat unter Leitung von Dr. Carla Luh den innovativen Anbieter von flexiblen Energielösungen terralayr bei einer €60 Millionen senior secured Fremdfinanzierung für ein Portfolio von Batterie-Energiespeicherprojekten (BESS) in Deutschland beraten. Die Transaktion stellt die bislang größte Fremdfinanzierung von terralayr dar. Die Mittel wurden von ABN AMRO und Commerzbank bereitgestellt, die als Mandated Lead Arrangers und Original Lenders agierten. Die Fremdfinanzierung ist als siebenjähriges Mini-Perm strukturiert und umfasst eine €49 Millionen senior secured Term Loan Facility, €11 Millionen zusätzliche senior secured Fazilitäten sowie eine €100 Millionen Accordion-Fazilität zur Erweiterung des Portfolios und zur weiteren Unterstützung des Wachstums von terralayr. Das Portfolio besteht aus neun Front-of-the-Meter BESS-Projekten mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 112 MW / 238 MWh. Acht Projekte befinden sich derzeit im Bau, eines ist bereits in Betrieb. Hogan Lovells hat terralayr während der gesamten Transaktion umfassend rechtlich beraten, einschließlich der Strukturierung der Finanzierung und der Verhandlung der Vertragsdokumente. 22. Januar 2026 – Unter Leitung des Frankfurter Partners Marc P. Werner hat die globale Wirtschaftskanzlei Hogan Lovells den irischen Aparthotel-Betreiber Staycity bei der Übernahme eines zweiten Standorts in Wien beraten. Das Projekt wird von JP Immobilien mit Sitz in Wien und deren Hospitality-Sparte JP Hospitality entwickelt. Der Baubeginn ist für den Spätsommer dieses Jahres geplant. Die Staycity Group hat einen 20-jährigen Mietvertrag für das Objekt abgeschlossen. Es wird eine Mischung aus Neubau und der Umwandlung bestehender Einzelhandels- und Büroflächen umfassen.
