Annerton appoints Sebastian Glaab and Dr Florian Lörsch as Equity Partners

Berlin, Frankfurt a. M., Munich, 26 January 2026 – For the first time since its founding year in 2020, Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has expanded its circle of equity partners. “With Sebastian Glaab and Dr Florian Lörsch, we are appointing two highly esteemed colleagues from our team as Equity Partners, thereby further strengthening our offices in Frankfurt and Berlin,” explains Christian Walz, Founding Partner at Annerton. “Sebastian Glaab stands out for his highly practical approach to consulting, which is based on his many years of experience as a compliance officer and money laundering officer at a credit institution. He has significantly expanded our range of consulting services and enables us to offer end-to-end advice in the areas of compliance and money laundering prevention,” emphasises Walz. “Dr Florian Lörsch has been on board from the very beginning, helped build up Annerton’s Berlin office and is an important driving force behind our cross-location collaboration. He is a renowned expert in factoring, ‘buy now, pay later’ products and their refinancing. His clients value him as an exceptionally dedicated consultant,” Walz continues. Equity partner Sebastian Glaab, who is based in Frankfurt, is responsible for establishing and expanding Annerton’s compliance practice. He has extensive expertise, particularly in money laundering prevention, and co-edits the GwG-Kommentar (Anti-Money Laundering Act Commentary) Zentes/Glaab. Other key areas of focus include securities compliance, MaRisk compliance and sanctions. “Annerton is exactly the right law firm for me. I am convinced that our boutique approach and our ability to provide clients with comprehensive advice on all regulatory issues put us in an excellent position,’ emphasises Glaab, adding: ‘Annerton is also characterised by a strong team spirit and a collaborative culture. Everyone interacts with mutual respect and openness, whether they are equity partners or research assistants. It is this human touch that truly defines Annerton.’ For the future, Glaab plans to establish Annerton as one of the most important players in the market in the area of compliance and money laundering prevention and to tap into other industries, such as professional football. Equity Partner Dr Florian Lörsch advises banks, payment service providers and fintech companies from Annerton’s Berlin office on all civil and regulatory aspects of product development. His particular focus lies on “buy now, pay later” products, SME financing, consumer credit and factoring. In addition, he specialises in advising on credit financing structures and the refinancing of receivables portfolios. Lörsch also regularly advises on anti-money laundering and compliance matters for regulated institutions. “Being appointed Equity Partner at Annerton is a major professional milestone for me and one that means a great deal personally. I look forward to further developing our firm in my new role,” Lörsch explains. “Our team has an excellent market presence and an outstanding reputation. At the same time, as a specialised boutique, we remain a small and personal unit. This combination is ideal.”
