Business immigration

Working in tandem with the firm’s employment, cross-border tax and business groups, the business immigration team at Gowling WLG provides a full range of mobility advice to clients. This includes corporate employee transfer applications, advising start-up companies and managing large immigration portfolios. The team is led by Andrew Bratt in Toronto and Bill MacGregor in Kitchener. MacGregor is an authority on developing immigration and work permit strategies, providing counsel on compliance matters and obtaining LMIAs.
