DLA Piper (Canada) LLP are regularly engaged in cross-border corporate mandates involving the US and the UK. The firm is noted for its natural resources expertise, often aiding clients from mining, oil & gas and forestry industries. It does work outside of these sectors too, advising clients in tech, telecoms, healthcare, life sciences and cannabis sectors.
