Highlight-Mandate

Acting for LEAF in matters involving the rights of transgender and non-binary youth in Saskatchewan and New Brunswick.
Representing defendants, including CFCL, in multiple regulatory investigations and two class actions arising from allegations of surreptitious use of facial recognition and geolocation tracking technologies in Canadian shopping malls.
Represents Acciona in a litigation against the Greater Vancouver Sewerage & Drainage District following the termination of a wastewater treatment plant contract in early 2022.
