- Represented Bombardier in appeal before the Supreme Court on issues relating to international letters of credit and the contours of the fraud exception.
- Represented Hydro-Québec, one of the one of the world’s largest hydroelectricity producers, in a C$4bn action filed by Innu Nation on behalf of the Aboriginal Innu of Labrador and claiming damages and disgorgement of profits stemming from the construction and operation of the Churchill Falls hydroelectric project.
- Defended Hexo Corporations and its former CEO in a securities class action which alleged misrepresentations made in the company’s public disclosures during 2018 and 2019, including in a prospectus.
