The team is regularly instructed by clients in the healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. The group is directed by Montreal-based Steeves Bujold; Toronto-based Sunil Kapur leads the national litigation department. Additional key contacts include Mason Poplaw, who is well-versed in corporate, commercial, insolvency and securities litigation, as well as investigations and crisis management; François Giroux, who is noted for his work in shareholder disputes, banking litigation and class actions; and Sarah Woods, who brings expertise to securities litigation, real estate litigation and shareholder disputes. Isabelle Vendette handles financial services and securities litigation and routinely represents financial institutions and telecoms companies. Gabriel Querry left the firm in November 2023.
