Advised Hydro One on its C$257m acquisition of a 48% interest in the East-West Tie Limited Partnership, a transmission line developed in partnership with six First Nations and NextEra Energy Canada.
Advised Atomic Energy of Canada on its expanded licensing agreement with AtkinsRéalis to accelerate deployment of the Candu Monark reactor.
