Susan Nickerson. She is well-versed in a range of issues such as pension aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings and insolvencies as well as fiduciary duties and risk management. The firm assists clientele with creating and administrating pension plans, benefit and executive compensation plans and investments of pension plan assets. It is also well-versed in compliance matters, surplus entitlement under pension and group insurance arrangements and sustainable investing.
Kelleher Lynch focuses on advising public, private and non-for profit clients in a range of pension issues including employee plan matters in M&As. Deron Waldock departed the firm in September 2025.
