Goodmans LLP

Goodmans LLP's practice group is equipped to advise on telecoms-related M&A, traditional regulatory matters and representing clients before the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission and the Competition Bureau. The practice is co-directed by Michael Koch and Monique McAlister, both of whom are based in Toronto. Koch focuses on telecoms and media-related competition and regulatory matters, while McAlister specializes in advising media clients on broadcasting, consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam, advertising, e-commerce and copyright matters.
