- Advising Bayer AG on negotiations with the General Works Council and the Group Spokespersons Committee on the restructuring and personnel reduction program 'Best BAYER'.
- Advising SAP SE on a group-wide staff reduction (approx. 3,000 employees), including various expert opinions and statements on collective law issues, support in collective law disputes and negotiations, employment law support in various compliance proceedings, as well as advice and negotiation in mass proceedings (salary increases for early retirees).
