ADVANT Beiten, the majority of whose team is based in Freiburg, fields experts with direct experience in the energy sector. Among the group’s varied client roster are international energy and infrastructure companies, who the team often counsels on purchase contracts and other contract law issues. Christof Aha, Stephan Rechten and Christian Ulrich Wolf lead the team, a trio which is well-established in the onshore wind, offshore wind and hydrogen sectors. Elsewhere, Peter Meisenbacher joined in September 2024, and is an energy lawyer who is able to advise on energy transition projects and other project development matters within the energy sector – specialisms for which the team at large is well known.
