Advising GP JOULE Hydrogen / GP JOULE Plus / GP JOULE Projects on PPAs in connection with joint ventures and ongoing project development.
Advising Rossmann Beteiligungs GmbH and Dirk Rossmann GmbH on the establishment of a Rossmann energy company under the Eco.Power label and the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies and structured electricity procurement, which serves the complete electricity supply of over 2,000 Rossmann locations, including the transport and logistics chain.
